CLR Project Management Methodology

Preliminary phase

Our work begins with addressing the customer's need for a new drive or mechanical component. At that time, the mechanism of Management of CLR projects.Through the Sales Department, all needs are channeled to Engineering, who develops a preliminary draft with the data collected from the customer. This preliminary draft outlines the new product, as well as an approximate calculation of the budget needed to meet the costs of tools and the part. After approval by the client, the input elements of the design are completed and a meeting with the Design Team is convened, where the new project is presented and the file is opened. This preliminary stage concludes with the designing deadlines and assigning tasks, to give way to the phase of Product Design and get the Perfect move.

Product design

At this point, the project memory is generated: calculations, plans, materials, proposal of structures, routes and packaging by the Project Engineer. After this point, Deliver the 3D and the project memory to the customer, so that he can see what the final result would look like. In turn, the Project Engineer manages the quotes for tools and parts, and the sales department sends the final offer to the customer, so that everything is closed. With the customer's OK, They develop the prototypes. Customer prototypes are accompanied by a Report on the results obtained in tests performed on CLR, whenever appropriate.

Process design

Once the customer approves the prototype and the budget, we proceed with the design and manufacture of tools, and the pre-series is obtained, where both the process and the tools are validated. After this, a meeting of the design team where the results are presented of the same. If everything is correct, the design process is given by finalized and it is closed. Otherwise, appropriate modifications are made - either to the process or to the tools - and a new pre-series is manufactured.
