LEVANTINE COMPANY OF REDUCERS in its quest to grow and evolve with the current market, it has developed a project with the objective of creating a new electromechanical actuator (Powerfold) which incorporates a novel kinematic system that ensures the correct positioning of the mirror in a manner compatible with the electric drive itself and any manual actuation due to a failure of the electrical system or by accident.
It is an electromechanical folding system that allows it to be operated both in electrical and manual modes, so as to ensure the stable positioning properties of both drive modes.
In the current electric actuators/tilters on the market, their absolute incompatibility with manual operation is a real critical point in terms of safety, due to the risks posed by the impossibility of ensuring the correct positioning of the mirror when, for whatever reason, it is necessary to use manual means
