We have just completed the acquisition of the main assets of the company Kelvin, Motor SA. This firm established in 1927 has always been the great reference in Spain and one of the main players in Europe in the manufacture of motor reducers.

For CLR Since its inception, achieving the quality standards of Kelvin SA in terms of its products has always been a great challenge. Now we are very proud to have been able to materialize the purchase of
main assets of Kelvin SA, including the following:

Mitsubishi GE15 Gear Milling Machine

With this precise machine, CLR will be able to expand its capacity to manufacture toothed parts up to module 4, while adding additional features in terms of quality, precision, flexibility and automation in smaller modules.

K200 and K30 Product Family

With this, we complement our catalog of standard parallel shaft products, providing solutions that reach up to 45 Nm and covering some existing mechanical performance gaps both in the range of 1 to 4 Nm and in the range between 8 and 20 Nm.

Both families include products that are primarily used for these applications:

• K30: Labeling machines, vending machines, elevators, security, among others.
• K200: Peristaltic pumps, electrical safety, robotics, conveyor belts, pool enclosures, greenhouses, communities, among others.

We have purchased Molds, Assembly Tools, Component Stocks, and Manufacturing and Assembly Documentation, as well as the Customer Portfolio.

K80 and K55 Product Family

These are products with which we have traditionally competed with our familiar Europe and Alaska for mainly applications such as: robot pool cleaners, vacuums, chocolate makers, roasters, peristaltic pumps, electrical safety, high voltage line switches, etc.

We have purchased Molds, Assembly Tools, Component Stocks, and Manufacturing and Assembly Documentation, as well as the Customer Portfolio.

In the same way, we have integrated into our team who, until the time the operation materialized, had accumulated 15 years as Technical Director of Kelvin, carrying out his main activity in the development of new products and their industrialization.

As a result of these acquisitions CLR is in a position to expect a resulting growth in its global turnover of at least 25% in the coming year 2021.
