COMPAÑÍA LEVANTINA DE REDUCTORES S.L. has obtained aid from the Valencian Innovation Agency (AVI) and the European Union through FEDER for the project: Intelligent structural health assessment system for bridges with file number INNCAD/2022/100

Objective: The objective of the project is to provide the company Compañía Levantina de Reductores, S.L. with technical and methodological resources to design and verify its products considering their vibroacoustic properties. It seeks to consolidate a methodology that integrates acoustic measurement and characterization protocols in the design and quality control phases, thus optimizing efficiency, competitiveness and differentiation in the market.

Main Results: Specific platforms were developed for the vibroacoustic measurement of gearmotors and kinematic chains, including software and hardware tools for signal acquisition and analysis. Specialized training was provided to the technical team, strengthening their competencies in acoustics and vibrations. In addition, the facilities were adapted to ensure accurate measurements and communication actions were carried out to consolidate vibroacoustics as a pillar in the company's value chain. These achievements have made it possible to improve product design, reduce verification times and costs, and position the company with a significant competitive advantage in the market.

This aid is granted as part of the action”Consolidation of the business value chain” of the call for the 2022 financial year, with the total grant awarded being 87,990.59 euros.
