The challenge: to improve a feeder with a semifunctional design that produced a lot of noise

The customer supplied a power supply that had a semifunctional design, that It wasn't industrialized and with extensive optimization potential, to work with guarantees throughout its life cycle. This is how the project was developed

The project was divided into 4 distinct phases:

• 3D design of the reducers that were to be used to improve the operation of the device.
• Manufacture of first prototypes with machined and sintered components.
• Manufacture of the seconds prototyping, with definitive materials for approval and validation CE of the final device. These prototypes are made through mechanization and injection into prototype molds.

The solution: a design customized to specific needs
